John Lykouretzos’ Hedge Fund Signs Lease Renewal

Hoplite Capital Management has decided to renew its lease at SL Green‘s 810 Seventh Avenue. They signed a deal for the entire 34th floor, which measures 17,320 rentable square feet. Former Goldman Sachs analyst John Lykouretzos founded the firm in 2003 and they have been at 810 Seventh since 2007. Asking rents in the building range from $65 to $75 per square foot. As a whole, the majority of the tenant roster in the building is involved in the financial services industry. Some of the notable tenants include Omega Advisors, TAG Associates and Pretium Partners. The building has access to many major subway lines and features new corridors, Central Park views, a conference center, efficient side-core floor plates, and on-site parking. This asset is easily one of the best values in Midtown. It is extremely uncommon to have Central Park views in an SL Green building while paying rents that are less than $100 per square foot. This is a luxury found nowhere else in New York City and tenants will continue to take advantage of it.
