Financial Services Firm Relocates from 610 Fifth Avenue

Robert W. Baird & Co. finalized a deal to relocate to the entire 16th floor of Durst Organization’s 1155 Avenue of the Americas. The financial services firm, with over 100 offices worldwide, signed a 15-year lease for the 16,000 square-foot floor. The asking rent in the deal was $85 per square foot. The company will move from 610 Fifth Avenue between West 49th and West 50th Streets to the 41-story building located between West 44th and West 45th Streets. The Durst Organization is investing $110 million in renovating the 790,000 square-foot building. This renovation will include a new lobby, new windows, and a rooftop pavilion overlooking Bryant Park.
