Apparently, 152 West 57th Street (also known as Carnegie Hall Tower) is still commanding triple digit rents. Although the new Extell development, One 57, has obstructed most of the direct Central Park Views, there is no question that it is still one of the most hedge fund appropriate buildings in the city.
I have been in the space and it is absolutely GORGEOUS with incredible light, views and an above standard installation.
