TriOaks Capital Management, a hedge fund launch led by Citadel veteran Jeffrey Jon “J.J.” Berney, has landed some incredible space on the 39th floor at One Bryant Park. According to numerous sources, the firm will be subleasing 7,169 sf from Marathon Asset Management and paying in the low $90’s psf. The space features, floor to ceiling windows that offer sweeping views of the NYC skyline.
Built in 2009, One Bryant Park (also known as Bank of America Tower), is perhaps one of the best buildings in Midtown. The tower features a LEED Platinum certification, floor to ceiling windows and a column free foorplate. This design makes it extremely efficient for hedge funds and boutique financial services companies.
