Cyrus Capital Partners Relocating to Park Avenue Tower

Cyrus Capital Partners, out of the 39th floor of 399 Park Avenue, has just signed a lease for 23,356 square feet at 65 East 55th Street also known as Park Avenue Tower. The $4.5 billion investment firm will be taking 15,048 square feet on the entire 34th floor and 8,308 square feet on the 35th floor. Equity Office will be building these floors out for Cyrus Capital. It will be constructed with an internal staircase connecting the floors and Cyrus will be able to take possession in early 2018. In the meantime, Cyrus will be placed on the 6th floor until their floors are ready. The asking rent of the deal was $150 per square foot and they signed for 15 years.

Park Avenue Tower recently underwent a $25 million capital improvement program that modernized its building systems and transformed the lobby to a contemporary design and high-end finishes unique to Midtown.  The building even features a fitness and amenity center. Cyrus will enjoy the combination of efficient floors, stunning views, exclusive amenities while remaining near Park Avenue.
