According to The New York Observer, The Jordan Company and Epoch Investment Partners are both eyeing  space in Citibank’s headquarters building at 399 Park Avenue.   As reported by The Real Deal, Epoch is in negotiations to take about 50,000 square feet in the upper portion of the tower and The Jordan Company (a private equity firm currently in the GM Building) is in discussions for about 25,000 square feet.

Located directly across the street from the Seagram Building and Lever House, 399 Park is  arguably one of the best corporate buildings in Manhattan.  Aside from the lavish building finishes and world-class location, the tower boasts an impressive tenant roster.  Studley, Eton Park (Eric Mindich’s hedge fund), Citibank (including their executive staff and C.E.O. Vikram Pandit), CV Starr and Avenue Capital are several of the major tenants in the building.  Boston Properties- the owner of the trophy asset- is reportedly asking about $100 per square foot for the vacant space.
